My son is a very polite little man. He often says excuse me if he has a question or needs something when my husband and I are talking. He also does this if we have a bunch of friends over and can't get our attention. So today he has taken to excusing himself to say general statements. (and by general, I mean completely irrelevant.) Son: "Excuse me." My Husband: .... Son: "Excuse me!" (Bangs on popcorn tin with paint brush) Husband: " I can hear you dude, what do you need" Son: "Um, I don't like orange juice when I'm eating." I bust out laughing in the living room. No one was talking about orange juice. I guess he just wanted to let us know. And make sure we heard it. LOL Tags: the boy. Current Mood: giggly
